The issue of historical debt


The municipalities of (especially but not limited to) EKHURULENI AND TSWANE are the main culprits and are now making their backs stuff and declaring "We will not pay refunds"  

Thinking they are untouchable I have a surprise for them :  Nobody or no entity is bigger than Concourt!. Their actions were illegal and amounts to theft !

Major class actions can be expected !
